I hope you’re both doing well.

I want you to know how pleased I am with my new windows. With my job, I’ve been relocated many times and through that process, have owned several homes. There’s always a project and things you do to make the house “your home.” There’s also the process of finding the right person or company to do business with…I’ve made plenty mistakes and have paid the price both in dollars and frustration.

Now, that I’m permanently back in my home town, making a home for my son and I is very important. The decisions I make for home improvements require even more consideration and attention to quality and potential return for the investment.

Working with you has been a dream experience! I am so happy with the new windows and knowing my money was very well spent!! More importantly, the client service and ease of doing business with you is refreshing. Donnie and his team did an outstanding job with both installations…I know they’re professionals and it’s what they’re supposed to do…but I’m still impressed!! In my experience, doing a project of this type/size typically generates issues…there were none. When I came home, other than the beautiful windows, I would have never know they were here.

I paid for an excellent product, but the client service, flexibility, attention to detail, professional, but friendly and comfortable way in which I was treated is worth much more. I hope it all comes back to you in the “grand cycle.” Thank you.
